Spitfire's Tough Choice by Mystic-Forces

So, is this comic good ?
*roll my magic ball* “yes”, mmmmh lets try it again.
*roll once more* “yes”, eeeehhhhhhhh one more time.
*roll it as hard as I can* “Yes, with no hesitation”.
Why do I need to argue after that?
Well let’s do it anyway.
The comic in itself is really well done, I consider this style well done as long as I can think all the pictures are only taken from the show, and it was the case.
Even if I’m pretty sure Dash never made the last panel’s face in the show, it seems real and also kinda funny.
The hardest part when you draw a pony, in my opinion, is to draw his face and don’t make it look weird. When I look at Spitfire in panel 4 and 5, I can see it’s not a problem for you.
For the story, it’s just one of the funniest things you could imagine with this episode, a high reflexion, with solid and well chosen arguments, which ends up with a 8 ball (peoples seems to call it like that, I call it “magic ball”, yup I’m a weirdo).
Just one complains the last background. The rainbow really looks like he’s been “added”. I don’t know how to express it, and I don’t know how to make it look better (which mean this argument is practically pointless), but that’s the only part that could be improved. On the other hand you’re supposed to pay attention to Dash’s text and facial expression so it’s not a big deal.
Awesome work, keep going boy.

ps: the begining with the magic ball is true, just blew my mind.

Thank you very much for your Critique! I'm surprised at myself for this was my first attempt from drawing these technocolor ponies. I did use a lot of references from MLP.wikia's Galleries to study as much of the anatomy and facial expressions as possible. I NEVER trace ANYTHING for the characters in my comics from the screenshots for my work. I capture everything from my well-trained eye.

You know what they say "make it as a professional work, and peoples will recognize your work".

And it sure looks professional.

As a drawing, it’s very good, as a first attempt, it’s impressive. You surely have a real talent and I hope you’ll make other comics like that. For this quality standard, they’ll always be people to watch and enjoy it.
